Timanfaya National Park is one of the touristic attraction to do ! This is an historic place where the eruptions from 1730 to 1736 took place. It is located in the center of the island, so we can go in bus or car until the entry. The entry is 10 euros per person, and you can choose to do in camel or in bus.
When we arrived, we had to leave our car and take the bus with other tourists to visit the place. We were approximately 60 persons, and started the visit in volcans. During the travel, the guide speak in english, spanish and deutch but no french. Sometimes he stopped to leave us admirate the landscape.
We could see craters, and a very narrow road. The visit was about 45 mins and then, we could ejoyed of experiences with the heat of volcans. A guide put water in some holes located in the floor, and a water jet gushed ! It was funny and impressive ! This was to show that the volcans are still heated.
At the end, we decided to try the restaurant called "El Diablo" located between the volcans. Here, cooks roast chickens on a volcan, it was very interesting to see that.
I really appreciate this visit, fortunately the weather was nice and we could enjoyed of the very impressive landscape.
I recommand this place, where you can take pictures absolutely fantastic
