What these few weeks taught me – Part 1 #week10

I have to say that I learnt a lot on myself, on my knowledge and for sure, on this job very hard. I had never work in a hotel, in the tourism department and I disregarded the diffuculty of this work.

I have to say that I learnt a lot on myself, on my knowledge and for sure, on this job very hard since my arrival on the 6th of january. I had never work in a hotel, in the tourism department and I disregarded the diffuculty of this work.
I really made progress in english and in spanish, indeed, I have to speak english most of my time with english guests who reprensent more than 90 percents of customers.

Even if I have all the time the same speech on the facilities that they can use, I try sometimes to discuss about others things to learn more, and I am confronted every day to different issues.

My manager and my colleagues are all spanish but for the most of them they also speak english. I try to speak as more as possible spanish with them but sometimes when I don t find my words I speak english. I really understood that hear a language every day help you to speak better.

Sometimes, at night, I have some english or french sentences in mind. My main goal is to come back almost bilingual in english and to improved my spanish.

I have also to speak french because of the french guests who really don't speak very well others languages. Often, they are very glad to meet someone who speaks their language (and me as well).

Every day when I learn a new word, I write it in my travel diary, and the day after I proofread it. And this is how I try to improve myself.
